How do I contact Cushcraft?
Cushcraft strives to provide good customer service for its amateur antenna business. We prioritize calls concerning application warranty or assembly
issues on new antennas, but will also attempt to help with mainitenance or troubleshooting questions..

How can I buy one of your antennas?
Cushcraft distributes products worldwide through a large dealer network. We do not compete with our own dealers by selling direct. For a complete international dealer listing, see Dealers.
Can I get parts for my Cushcraft Antenna?
Cushcraft supplies replacement parts for all current antennas and many discontinued models. If there was a defective part shipped with your new Cushcraft antenna, a part missing from a new antenna, or a replacement part is desired, use our web parts ordering page, Parts/Order Form. For warranty claims, please be prepared to tell us the LOT# and weight from the labels of the carton your item was shipped in (if possible). Your missing or wrong part will be shipped immediately at no charge. You may also contact Cushcraft by phone, fax or E-Mail for parts orders.
Cushcraft charges a $12.00 fee for shipping and handling on all non warranty parts orders shipping to addresses in the continental U.S.. Stock parts are shipped within 48 hours. Orders may by paid in advance with Visa or Master Card. Personal checks or money orders are accepted before orders are shipped/ We do not send orders COD.
I lost my Instruction Manual or I bought a used Cushcraft antenna and want to buy a manual. What do I do?
Currently the numerous manuals are available online in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. Our goal is to have all of our manuals available on our web site:

To order any of our antenna manuals, send by surface mail $5.00 in a letter with the antenna model number listed (ex. ARX2B, R6000) to our mailing address. The majority of our manual requests are from people that have purchased a used Cushcraft antenna. We do not supply "Free" manuals. This is because they are not actually "Free". Shipping, printing, and handling costs are expensive and we do not wish to pass these costs on to all of our customers.
